Elevate Consulting Uganda was founded in 2014 by a group of seasoned professionals who saw a critical gap in the Ugandan market: world-class coaching and consulting services that were truly grounded in the local context.
Too often, imported frameworks failed to account for Uganda's unique cultural dynamics, economic realities, and the aspirations of East African professionals. We set out to change that.
Starting with a small office in Kampala and a handful of committed clients, we grew steadily through word of mouth, referrals, and a relentless commitment to delivering real results. Today, we are proud to have coached over 500 individuals and partnered with dozens of organisations across Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya.
